Primarily produced by Dallas Austin, Jermaine Dupri, L.A. Reid and Babyface, this is one of the few CDs that features samples throughout it that I really love/5().

3. Mar 29,  · edited over 15 years ago TLC's debut effort, "Ooooooohhh On The TLC Tip" is a crazy and potentially risky album for any artist to introduce themselves to the world with. Luckily for them, TLC's risk payed off and the album was a big hit. From the very moment you first play the album you'll know this isn't your standard R&B-Girl Group offering/5.
